    The Client believes the contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide the services to recipient.
    The Contractor is agreeable to providing such services to the client on the terms and conditions set in this agreement.

    The Client and the Contractor are collectively the " parties" agree as Follows:

    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

    * Inclement weather may impact the start or completion dates.

    PAYMENT FOR SERVICE:

    The Client will make a total of 3(three) payments.
    The first Deposit will be 30% of the total amount of service and due one week before the expected date of service to begin.

    The initial deposit is non refundable.
    The second payment of 50% of the total amount of service will be determined at the discretion of the contractor, with the final 20% due at the completion of the service.

    PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

    If the Client is paying by credit card an additional fee of 3.5% will be charges to cover merchant processing expenses.
    TOTAL AMOUNT OF SERVICE :

    • INITIAL PAYMENT 30%

    • SECOND PAYMENT 50%

    • FINAL PAYMENT 20%

    ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:

    If the Client needs to remove items such as rocks, soil or grass, additional costs may be incurred.
    The compensation of this Agreement does not include sales tax.
    The Contractor is responsible for all Local, state and Federal taxes made under this Agreement.

    TERM OF AGREEMENT:

    The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in Full force and effect until the completion of the services, subject to earlier termination as provide in this Agreement.
    The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.

    PERFORMANCE:

    The Parties agrees to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

    EQUIPMENT:

    Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Contractor will provide at the Contractor own expense, any and all tools, machinery, equipment materials, supplies, workwear and any other items or parts necessary to deliver the services in accordance with the Agreement.

    MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT:

    Any amendment or modification of this Agreement should be evidenced in writing and signed by each Party.
    Additionally, the Contractor must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
    If the clause is not fulfilled ,the Client must compensate the Contractor for any inconvenience caused including materials purchased based on the original contract, for example: Materials that cannot be returned to suppliers.

    CONTRACTOR OBLIGATIONS :

    Upon completion of the Services, Contractor will remove all supplies, materials, and other debris.
    The Contractor may not use the Client's property for any purpose other than that is set forth in this Agreement.
    The contractor has full responsibility for the execution and Fulfillment of the Service Agreement.
    The Contractor will typically work Monday through Friday. Days and times may be affected by weather conditions .Saturdays are optional and based on the Contractor's availability.
